This current series is a collection of landscapes painted in oils that invite reflection . Shaped by my rural Australian roots and the recent loss of my father, each work offers a quiet space to consider memory, grief and the places that hold us - even after we leave them.

Digital Sketchbook
Part of my process involves both traditional sketchbooks and a digital sketchbook. I find this new element to my process to be really useful in capturing ideas, memories and feelings of my time spent in the landscape . It allows me to experiment with color palettes and composition, different mediums, brush and line work, layers and opacity . Some become paintings on canvas or spark ideas for paintings, some are stand alone works that may become available as art prints.
